FAQs
How is my data stored?
Your data is stored encrypted on Supabase Pro with AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. Conversations are retained for life. Documents and knowledge base entries are stored until you delete them.
Can I delete my account and data?
Yes. You can delete your account at any time. All data is permanently removed within 30 days. Backups are retained for 90 days as a safety net, then destroyed.
What happens to conversations if I cancel?
Your conversations remain accessible until you explicitly delete them. Canceling a paid plan downgrades you to the free tier — your data stays.
Can I migrate data from another platform?
Yes. You can import documents and files into your knowledge base. Full conversation import from other platforms is on our roadmap.
Is my data private if I share a document?
Yes. Shared documents require a 5-digit passcode to access. You can revoke access at any time. Akradan employees cannot see your document contents.
Do you have an SLA for uptime?
We target 99.9% uptime. Check status.akradan.com for real-time status and incident history.
